Intake Session
The intake begins the process of gathering a full history which includes assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plan. This intake session is required for all new clients to be established as a client. If you are unsure if you want to make this commitment, you are welcome to have an initial interview for the cost of an individual, couple or family session. Ongoing, new clients will attend other types of sessions.
90 minutes, $210
Individual Session
If you would like to choose an individual session prior to your intake, you can spend this time determining if Julie is the right therapist for your needs. Ongoing work with one client is an individual session, which will require an intake in order to take a full history and establish you as a client.
50 minutes, $140
Couple Session
This session is for couples. If desired, couples can schedule a 50 minute couple session prior to doing an intake to determine if Julie is the right therapist for your needs. After the 90 minute intake session, couples will be established as an ongoing client and can continue with 50 minute sessions. (Note that 90 minute sessions can be scheduled if additional time is needed.)

Family Session
This session is for families and for parents who want to attend the session with their child or adolescent. At least one family member needs to have completed the intake process to be an established client before beginning family sessions.
50 minutes, $170
Extended Session
If additional time is desired, extended sessions meet for 90 minutes. This can be beneficial in EMDR Therapy, crisis sessions, or personal preference to have more time to process.
90 minutes, Individual Session, $210
90 minutes, Couples or Family Sessions, $255
Consultation
This session is for consultation. A separate informed consent needs to be signed which indicates this is not mental health treatment; it does not include a diagnosis or treatment plan. Consultation is not restricted to Ohio and can be offered to any location via video conferencing, using a HIPAA compliant connection. Consultation support may be related to adoption, attachment, trauma, marriage, parenting, psychoeducation, and other areas of specialty.
55 minutes, $170
Payments can be made using cash, check, credit card or Health Savings Account (HSA).
Receipts can be given if clients want to submit to their insurance or for tax purposes.
All payment is due in full at time of service. Julie does not take insurance.
